Latam Airlines issues debt

Cayman Islands-incorporated Latam Finance Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Latam Airlines Group, issued in early February a $600 million offering of senior unsecured notes at an issue price of 99.309%.

The private placement issue, which matures on 1 March 2026, carries a 7.00% coupon to yield 7.125%.

Bookrunners are Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.

Latam Finance plans to use proceeds for general corporate purposes.
